Moonshine Retreats LLC ("Moonshine Retreats," "we," "us," or "our") requires that all persons or entities visiting or using our website at moonshineretreats.com, including any subdomains thereof (collectively, the "Site"), agree to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm your agreement to and acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

Use of Information

Unless otherwise specified, copyright in all copyrightable subject matter on the Site is owned by Moonshine Retreats LLC. Except for materials or information specifically provided under other terms, Moonshine Retreats grants you permission to copy or otherwise download from the Site information and materials (including related graphics), provided:

• The materials are for internal, non-commercial use only; and

• Any copies of materials or portions thereof must include the applicable copyright notice.

Limited quotations from the content are permitted provided attribution to Moonshine Retreats is included. You may not copy or display for redistribution to third parties for commercial purposes any portion of the content without the prior written permission of Moonshine Retreats LLC.

Documents posted by Moonshine Retreats on the Site may contain proprietary notices or describe products, services, processes, or technologies owned by Moonshine Retreats or third parties. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as granting to the user a license under any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right of Moonshine Retreats or any third party.

Trademarks

The Moonshine Retreats name and logo and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks, service marks, or registered trademarks of Moonshine Retreats LLC and may not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of Moonshine Retreats. Other product and service marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

Consent to Monitoring and Disclosure

Moonshine Retreats is under no obligation to monitor the information residing on or transmitted to the Site. However, anyone accessing the Site agrees that Moonshine Retreats may monitor the Site to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations, or governmental requests, or (2) operate the Site in a manner it deems appropriate or to protect against conduct it deems inappropriate.

Moonshine Retreats shall have the right, but not the obligation, to reject or remove any information residing on or transmitted to the Site that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

In the event Moonshine Retreats receives information or materials through the Site, including but not limited to feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, or suggestions, such information shall be deemed non-confidential and Moonshine Retreats assumes no obligation to protect it from disclosure. You grant Moonshine Retreats the right, in any form now or hereafter known, to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, and publicly display and perform any information or materials you submit through the Site.

Booking Terms

All bookings made through the Site or through any platform on which Moonshine Retreats lists its properties are subject to availability and confirmation. By completing a booking or submitting payment, you explicitly agree that these Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding rental agreement between you and Moonshine Retreats LLC. You agree to:

• Pay all fees and charges associated with your reservation, including applicable taxes and fees

• Comply with the property's house rules and check-in/check-out times

• Be responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay

• Ensure that all guests staying at the property are disclosed at the time of booking

Moonshine Retreats reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion.

Cancellation Policy

For direct bookings:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@moonshineretreats.com. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

House Rules

All guests are required to comply with the house rules for each property. General house rules include:

• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property, parties, events, and unapproved visitors are not allowed

• No smoking or vaping indoors, if smoking is permitted outdoors, use designated areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly

• Treat the property with care, report any accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible

• Check-in after 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM, late check-outs require prior approval

Property-specific rules will be provided at the time of booking and upon check-in. Violation of house rules may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and may result in additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities and Damages

Guests are responsible for the condition of the property during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged to the payment method on file. Moonshine Retreats reserves the right to charge for:

• Damage to furniture, fixtures, appliances, or the property structure

• Excessive cleaning required beyond standard departure cleaning

• Missing items or supplies

• Violation of pet or smoking policies where applicable

Guests are encouraged to report any pre-existing damage upon check-in to avoid being held responsible.

SMS / Text Message Communication

By providing your phone number on our Site or through a booking inquiry, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Moonshine Retreats LLC related to your booking, reservation updates, or general inquiries.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS communications at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. For help, reply HELP or contact us at info@moonshineretreats.com.

Limitation of Liability

You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of the Site and the Internet generally. In no event shall Moonshine Retreats LLC or its affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits, without regard to the form of any action, arising out of or in connection with the use, copying, or display of the content resulting from access to or use of the Site or the Internet generally.

Although Moonshine Retreats believes the content on the Site to be accurate, complete, and current, we make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or currency. It is your responsibility to verify any information before relying on it.

Warranty Disclaimer

Access to the Site and any information or materials therein is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by Moonshine Retreats or its employees shall create any warranty. Moonshine Retreats does not warrant that access to or use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Endorsements and Linked Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites not under the control of Moonshine Retreats. Moonshine Retreats makes no representations concerning the content of those sites. The inclusion of any link does not constitute an endorsement, authorization, or affiliation by Moonshine Retreats with respect to such site, its owners, or its providers. There are risks in using any information, software, or products found on the Internet, and Moonshine Retreats cautions you to make sure that you completely understand these risks before relying on anything via the Internet.

Security

You agree to comply with any security processes and procedures specified by Moonshine Retreats with respect to access to or use of the Site. You agree not to access or attempt to access any areas of the Site that are not intended for general public access without explicit written authorization from Moonshine Retreats.

Changes to These Terms

Moonshine Retreats reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Access to particular areas of the Site may be subject to additional or different terms as specified by Moonshine Retreats from time to time.

Failure to Comply

Moonshine Retreats reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, unilaterally and without notice, in the event you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. Moonshine Retreats also reserves all remedies available at law or in equity in connection with any such violation.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or our services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the specific property reserved or stayed at is physically located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your stay must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the county of that specific property.
